Oh look at this 1950's Trapezoidal Compact Decorated with a Gazelle Amidst Foliage beauty !!! It's in pristine condition since it's been stored away for years in it's original purple dust cover and blue green box .. the clam shaped compact has no marks of any kind on it .. gorgeous etched detailing in the gold with a dancing gazelle with leaf and grass accents all around it.. it's signed in the center on the inner powder lid with a basket weave detailing .. push the button on the side and the lid opens to display the gold signed powder puff Elgin American ..the powder puff is in amazing shape also .. there is no powder in the compact .. has the mirror on the back that has a couple fogged places where the puff has laid against it all these years .. the back of the compact has a matte finish it measures 2.75 x 3.25 ..smoke and pet free
