This vest is from a purchase I made at an Arrows store in Tokyo earlier this year.
It's made of polyester and can be worn on its own with a cami underneath, or layered with a sheer long-sleeve T-shirt or a thin knit.
The loose fit and flared hem create a slightly sweet silhouette, but the off-white and black colors add a touch of edge, preventing it from being too saccharine.
I really like that balance.
